Sponsored by Jean Barolet

Thelma #411 is a PMU Mare that was used in the production of Premarin. She was rescued and escaped the ultimate fate of most of these mares. Being a production mare, she was impregnated every year, and forced to stand for many months hooked up to a urine collection pouch where she was not able to move. Today, she lives out the rest of her life in a herd of production mares and two geldings on a 200 acre ranch in Canada.

Thelma was born in 1994.
